"A different agriculture" series (spring/summer 2019)
We organized a series of talks called "A different agriculture" together with Herba Fabrica. In this series, we ask whether it's possible to grow food more sustainably. We discuss the differences between conventional and ecological agriculture as well as possible alternatives.
A new study by the IDDR think-tank shows that if Europe would completely turn green in its farming practices, it would still be able to feed its population. So why do we still use conventional agricultural practices that are harmful to the environment as well as our health?
